Collaboration is creative magic.
I’ve always been fortunate, whether co-incidence or karma, to find
people with talent and temperment... experienced thinkers.

I rely on Kristen to help my clients achieve a competitive advantage through the strategic use of design. Her design, communication and business management saavy has made all our projects successful. Yeah, she’s pretty cool.
Scott Smerznak
Creative Director/ Art Director
My man Scott! I first met Scott when I worked at IMG (Information Management Group). We brought him in on our web team as soon as I saw his portfolio… WOW. He’s a life-long creative pro, with a wealth of brand-building experience in both print and web in a number of vertical markets.
There’s nobody better when it comes to collaboration on any complex project. He has professional experience in pretty much every aspect of the business; Technical skills and production chops where they’re needed most; fluent on Mac or PC, in more programs than I can name; handles studio and location photography, knows print processes and production methods, inside-n-out… some of I’ve never even heard of.
Scott recently moved to Raleigh, North Carolina, but he’s never too far away. He’s my secret weapon.
William H. Gibeault
EXPERIENCE PRODUCER
I have to say, Bill was my first and most important mentor when I came back to Saratoga to start my web development business back in 1999. I met him at a chamber meeting and immediately connected to his line of thinking. Video on the web was our first conversation. We talked and traded ideas for hours, not only from an online marketing standpoint –but how video would play such an increasingly important part of our socially and professionally networked lives. Bill has a flair for persuasion.
He’s founding partner of Story Mavericks, a corporate communications firm specializing in digital media and video production located in Saratoga Springs, NY. Beginning in 2004, he led a major company initiative to transform the twenty-year content development enterprise into an experience design and consulting firm. The expanded offerings include guiding organizations in staging captivating experiences for customers and employees. In October 2006, Bill became one of the first ten people in the Nation to be certified in the theories and models of The Experience Economy, through formal training, from the internationally recognized leaders in the field, Joe Pine and Jim Gilmore. Their best selling book, “The Experience Economy-Work is Theatre & Every Business a Stage.” is recognized as groundbreaking work on the important role customer experiences are playing in helping businesses develop sustainable differentiation.
Sara Mannix
OWNER OF MANNIX MARKETING
When I first started Virtual Flow in 1999, I thought I was the greatest thing that came to web marketing. I was actually sure of it for the first year I was in business… then I ran into Sara. I went head to head with Sara for web projects back then and won some – lost some. I loved competing for jobs against Sara – she’s really got it nailed when it comes to SEO.
Sara is CEO of Mannix Marketing, overseeing all aspects of the company, including corporate direction, portal development, and client & employee relations. After fifteen years in the business, Sara believes there’s still nothing more satisfying than knowing her company played an important role in helping a client's business be successful. Her philosophy is ‘productivity & excellence’ in both Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Albany, with a double major in Spanish and Italian, she pursued a career in traditional marketing at Benetton USA in New York City. Although her career in the Big Apple was prosperous, her heart led her back to Upstate New York. An active mother of three, Sara is an avid snowboarder, hiker and roller-blader! Today, after a day of work, you can find her relaxing at home with her husband, three young children and two puppies.
Tamara Valentine

I have worked with Tamara on several different projects and she is some one I can say DELIVERS. She tells you she will do something and she generates results. She doesn’t stop. She is kind of like the Energizing Bunny.
Tamara ML Valentine resides in the eclectic town of Saratoga Springs, NY with her two daughters and husband of over 20 years. She followed a colorful path, having graduated with a BA in Business from Skidmore College to Manhattan for a position with Grey Advertising and back to land with Broadcast News Network in Malta, NY. From this advertising and promotional / pr arena she navigated her way in to the world on non-profits. At the Saratoga Performing Arts Center she headed up the educational development fund and the new member campaign. Still an active member of the SPAC environment she now brings that experience of marketing, promotions and working with donors to the world of real estate. Currently with Roohan Realty, she educates buyers and sellers on how to transverse the world of a volatile market. Tamara is also simultaneously busy with various non-profit organizations in their fund raising, (Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, Saratoga Sponsor A Scholar, Saratoga Hospital too name a few), as well as teaching her teens to give back to the community.
